At "Mushtari," we always strive to satisfy our customers and provide high-quality products. If, God forbid, we make any errors in order processing or if you receive a product with a manufacturing defect, we will bear all costs and resolve the issue as quickly as possible (1-7 business days maximum).

If a customer wishes to return a specific product, they must notify us within one week of receiving it, provided the product packaging remains unopened. The customer will bear the return cost according to the shipping company selected (40 riyals within Riyadh / 60 riyals outside Riyadh).
If a customer wishes to exchange a specific product, they must notify us within one week of receiving the product, provided that the packaging remains unopened. The customer will bear the cost of returning the product and sending a new one according to their chosen shipping company (40 riyals within Riyadh / 60 riyals outside Riyadh).
If delivery is free because the order value exceeds the free delivery limit or if a shipping discount code is used, and the customer then returns/exchanges part or all of the order so that the total amount after modification is less than the free delivery limit, the customer will be required to pay the delivery cost.
If the customer does not wish to receive the order, does not respond to the delivery company representatives, or is unable to receive the order for any reason, the customer will bear the cost of returning the order according to the selected shipping company (within Riyadh 25 riyals / outside Riyadh 35 riyals).
The customer may modify or cancel an order only if its status has not yet reached "Ready." If the order is not modified in a timely manner, the customer is responsible for this and will bear the shipping costs if the order is not received or returned after shipment. In the event that the ordered products are not available or an unintentional technical error occurs, the buyer reserves the right to modify the order and notify the customer accordingly. In this case, the customer has the right to accept or return the order and receive a refund.
At Mushtari, we strive to prepare and ship orders as quickly as possible. Delivery within Riyadh takes 1-2 business days, while outside Riyadh, it takes 3-5 business days. If shipping is delayed for any reason—God forbid—for more than 14 business days, the customer is entitled to a refund.
Refunds will be processed within 14 business days. The refund will be credited to the customer's card or transferred to their bank account. Refunds will not be issued in cash. Amounts transferred in error will be refunded to the company's account within 14 business days.
Working days are weekdays from Sunday to Thursday, excluding official holidays and weekends.
Once the order is completed, it is deemed that the customer agrees to all terms and conditions. The Buyer is not responsible for the customer's failure to review them.
